C1 Spark Biz CLI denied? Go talk to banker?

Hi all,

So I have had a C1 Spark for 3 or 4 years (the old 2% cashback one). Original limit was 5k. limit is still 5k. Requested a CLI recently and it said "sorry you haven't made enough payments". This on an account where I spent over 100k on it in 2024 with a 5k limit. Basically used and paid off 2x the limit every month on average.

I called in with that and the phone reps were like "sorry computer controls the world nothing we can do". Curious if anyone thinks maybe a C1 banker in person could help me out or if that's a waste of my time?
